How many bundles do I need?
We recommend 2 bundles for lengths 12"–14".
We recommend 3 bundles for lengths 16"–24".
We recommend 4 bundles for lengths 26"–32".
Please note: the longer the length, the thinner the bundle will be. For the fullest look, we recommend purchasing all bundles in the same length.
What is Raw Hair?
Raw hair is 100% unprocessed, sourced from a single donor, and sold in its natural state. It has not been chemically altered or processed. Raw bundles can be lifted to a#613 color and require more maintenance, as they should be treated like your own hair. With proper care, raw bundles can last up to5 years.
What is HD Lace?
HD (High Definition) lace, is a thinner lace material that becomes virtually invisible on the scalp. It provides a natural-looking hairline and allows for styling versatility, making the lace highly undetectable.
How long does the hair last?
With proper care, our raw hair maintains its beauty and longevity for up to 5 years.
Can I color this hair?
Yes, our Raw Hair Extensions color beautifully. Always use professional hair products to avoid damage. Hair that has been chemically altered will require extra moisture.

Shipping & Returns
How long does it take to process my order?
All orders are typically processed within 2–8 business days. Please note that processing time is separate from shipping time. Items listed in the 'Ready to Ship' category are generally processed and shipped immediately.
What shipping options do you offer?
Shipping times depend on the method selected at checkout:
USPS Ground Advantage: 3 business days
USPS Priority Mail: 2 business days
USPS Priority Mail Express: 1 business day (Order by 12 PM EST)
International Orders: 7–10 business days (depending on location)
Please note: If an item is not listed as ready to ship, it will not ship until it is ready regardless of the shipping rate selected. All orders are subject to possible processing or carrier delays.
Are signatures required for delivery?
Yes. All orders valued at $100 or more require a signature upon delivery.
What happens if my package is lost or stolen?
Eight22 Extensions is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If shipping insurance was purchased, we will assist you in filing a claim with USPS. Before filing a claim, please check with neighbors and other household members.
What if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?
All items are inspected before shipment. Eight22 Extensions is not responsible for damage caused during transit.
If an incorrect item is sent, we will issue a replacement or refund.
For product quality issues, photo evidence must be emailed within 48 hours of delivery to qualify for a replacement or refund.
Shipping fees are non-refundable.
What if I entered the wrong shipping address?
If your order is returned due to an incorrect address, you will be responsible for re-shipment fees and will receive an invoice.
If you choose not to have the items re-shipped, your order will be refunded. Please verify your shipping address carefully before placing your order. If you notice an error, contact us immediately.
Do you accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations?
All sales are final. Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase. Once an order has been placed, we do not offer exchanges, returns, or cancellations.
If an error occurs on our end, you will be eligible for a refund.

Do you offer local pick-up?
Yes, pick-up is available for all customers. The pick-up location is in the Owings Mills area.
Days: Monday–Friday
Hours: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
To request pick-up, select the Pick-Up option at checkout and allow up to 24 business hours for us to contact you with further details.
Please note: Standard processing time still applies to all pick-up orders.

Do you offer local delivery?
Yes, local drop-offs are available for orders of $200 or more within the approved delivery radius from the Owings Mills pick-up location.
Days: Monday–Friday
Hours: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Delivery Fee: $5–$15 (based on distance)
To request local delivery, select the Local Delivery option at checkout and allow up to 24 business hours for us to contact you to confirm details.
