Shipping Policy

Processing Time

All orders are typically processed within 2–8 business days. Items listed as Ready to Ship are usually processed and shipped immediately. Processing time is separate from shipping time.

Shipping Options

Shipping time depends on the method selected at checkout:

USPS Ground Advantage: 3 business days

USPS Priority Mail: 2 business days

USPS Priority Mail Express: 1 business day (orders must be placed by 12 PM EST)

International Orders: 7–10 business days (depending on destination)

Note: Orders for items not listed as Ready to Ship will not ship until they are fully processed, regardless of the shipping method selected. All orders are subject to potential delays in processing and shipment.

Delivery Requirements

All shipments valued at $100 or more require a signature upon delivery.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Eight22 Extensions is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If you purchase shipping insurance, we will assist you in filing a USPS claim. Before filing, check with neighbors or other household members.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Eight22 Extensions is not responsible for items damaged during shipping. If the wrong item is sent, we will replace it or issue a refund. For product quality issues, we will replace or refund the item. Photo evidence must be submitted via email within 48 hours of delivery. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Incorrect Addresses

If your package is returned due to an incorrect address, you will be responsible. Packages returned due to an incorrect address will incur re-shipment fees. If you no longer wish to receive the items, your order will be refunded. Please verify your shipping address before placing your order. Contact us immediately if you notice an error.
