Pick Ups & Local Delivery

Pick Up & Delivery Requirements

ID verification is required for all local delivery and pick up orders. A valid photo ID is required at the time of handoff. The name on the ID must match the name on the order. If the customer is unable to present a matching ID, the order will be withheld and rescheduled. If a different individual is authorized to pick up the order, the original purchaser must notify us in advance. The authorized individual must present their ID. By completing local delivery or pick up, the customer agrees to provide a signature upon receipt of the order.

Pick Ups

Pick ups are available for all customers. The pick-up location is in the Owings Mills area.

 Local Delivery

Local drop-offs are available for orders $200 and up within the approved delivery radius from Owings Mills.

Days: Monday – Friday

Hours: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Delivery Fee: $5–$15 (based on distance)
